I am half way through my 90 challenge to myself and I must admit change is much harder than I anticiapted. I have chosen six areas to focus on, they are:
I have had much success in four of the six areas. I started off strong in all of the areas, but life happened and I was not able to allocate as much time to all of the areas as I had hoped. I would say that overall I am pleased with where I am, but as always could be doing better.
I think I bit off more than I could chew with choosing big changes in all six areas. If I could do it again I would have chosen smaller goals for all six areas and chosen two areas to make the huge changes in and focused on those, while making more moderate changes in the other areas.
But that is how you learn, persevere, persevere, persevere is the key. More later on some of my successes and failures. Change only happens with action, so choose to act today. You never know, you could be in a totally different place tomorrow if you act today! Try it and let me know how it goes.
